All cash-on-delivery (COD) orders require a ₹100 advance payment. This amount is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation or product return.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel, no refunds will be provided.
Only damaged products are eligible for replacement. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including wrong product delivery.
70% of the products on this website are replicas. If the product is genuine, it will be clearly stated. Returns or refunds for replica products are not allowed.
For products with manufacturing defects during the warranty period, contact our WhatsApp number. The product must be returned within the warranty period for a replacement. If the product is received after the warranty period expires, no claims can be made.
The product must be returned to our address within two working days after the return address is provided. The product should be in the same condition as when it was received, without any additional damage.
